| Kellach is a wizard's apprentice. His brother Driskoll has a knack for storytelling. Their friend Moyra can scale any building and pick any lock. Together, the three children make up the Knights of the Silver Dragon, a legendary order of heroes sworn to protect the great city of Curston.
While enjoying the sights of ValSages, the infamous City of Vices, the Knights meet a mysterious man who gives Driskoll a treasure map seconds before falling victim to a poison dart. When the Knights investigate the man's death, they learn the map leads to Curston's Dungeons of Doom and discover that two hostile half-orcs and an enigmatic girl named Fluffy are also searching for the treasure.
