Recessional Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Recessional

A disgraced doctor, Andy Zorn, pulls up stacks and moves to a Florida retirement home called the Palms. Before arriving, he sees a lovely young woman who was struck by an automobile on an icy highway. Without his license, he feared helping her. His final decision to do something led to love and agony at the Palms. Then an aged undercover lawyer, whose obsession is uncovering scandals in nursing homes, decides to destroy all that Zorn believes in. Courage in the face of death shown by the residents of the Palms has given him the power to overcome the scandal: both inside the retirement home and outside of it.
