"A contemporary fact based fiction dealing with the main character's struggle with her sexuality, growing up and dealing with the world of male and female. Moving to London from Eastern Europe where Matya dealt with her abusive father and a neurotic mother, she bloomed as a documentary journalist and writer. She had to clean hotels and work in the restaurants and shops to be able to earn living...living on the street, marrying an English writer addicted to crack cocaine... and finally meeting and marrying an Italian restaurant owner from Covent Garden ...moving to and settling in Spain, where she meets Polly... and falls in love.... a real story with an open ending and cynical, sarcastic and humorous outlook onto life, life's situations and twists."
