Plot Summary of To Tempt a Rogue
"    Ryan Delaney is called to his father's old wartime buddy, Mr. Lowry, to assist him in finding his long lost daughter he learned he had five years before. Kitty Delaney, who is posing as boy in the Barton gang with her brother Lex, are a group of bank robbers. They encounter Ryan during one of their heists. Ryan who went into the bank to make a withdrawl, looked like a person on a wanted poster on the wall, making the bank employees think that he is going to rob them. Just as he was about to explain the truth, the Barton gang comes in to rob the bank, which Ryan knows includes Lex, Mr. Lowry's daughter's stepbrother. He follows along with and joins their gang, but his luck runs out when Lex is gunned down on the way out of town.
Ryan begins to question Lex's friend when he learns Kit is actually Kitty, a woman. The rest of the gang still think she is a he, so he keeps the knowledge to himself. After a while, Ryan suspects Kitty of being the missing daughter he is looking for,and after night of torrid lovemaking where he takes her virginity, she reveals she is the woman he is looking for.
Ryan convinces her to travel to her father's ranch, even though she feels resentment towards him. Kitty's evil stepsister, Theresa, is jealous of Ryan's affection for Kitty as well as her cut in their father's inheritance."
