| Plot Summary of When Nick Returns |

"Eden Parrish is the head of the guidance department at Lonsdale High School in Rhode Island. Eden is living a comfortable existence, dating steady and dependable Cal Scanlon. When Eden's old flame Nick shows up in town, her entire world is turned upside down. When Eden was a college student at Boston University she fell head over heels for Nick, the handsome hockey star with a bright sports career ahead of him. Tragically, Nick sustained a knee injury that ended his NHL hopes and dreams, leaving Nick a bitter and jaded young man. Despite the fact that Eden loved Nick desperately, Nick broke Eden's heart and walked away to lick his wounds by himself. Now, Nick has returned to Rhode Island in order to carve out a career as a hockey coach. When Eden and Nick come face to face it is clear that neither one has forgotten the love that they shared. Complicating matters is the fact that Nick and Cal are brothers, both of whom are in love with the same woman. Nick and Cal have always had a sibling rivalry, one that rises to new levels as both men fight to win Eden's love."
