In Her Defense The protagonist is a lawyer taking on board a seemingly lost case, where the accused is a beautiful woman who admits to him she is guilty! However, there are several gaps and loose ends in the facts, and a much more complicated scenario is slowly revealed, involving espionnage and the FBI. The protagonists's inner conflict about who he wants to be, and where his priorities are are also important themes in the book.... Law of Gravity Alienated from society in the aftermath of family tragedy, the protagonist is summoned to investigate the death of an apparent government spy just before election. The trails brings him on to uncover at least two more apparent murders....
