I have bought the rights to the Cat Who series and am currently raising funds to make a movie. I will cast myself in the title role. I have secured a screen play writer and he is exploring the possibility of setting the movie on the space station, rather than upper Michigan. The cats will be robots or replaced by dogs.

Apparently I am the only person who thought TCW Had 60 Whiskers was an unfinished story. But I was looking forward to reading TCW Smelled Smoke. So sad it has been cancelled. I thought it would be fun to have a murder at a motorcycle meet (maybe in Brr?) and title it TCW Went Hog Wild.

Aloha Lilian, I live in the jungle in Hawai'i and do not get regular updates on you and your writings? I have missed Quill, KoKo and Yum Yum and the gang. Is there a new book coming out soon? Hope you are well and happy.

I love these books, but I was so heartbroken that Polly was leaving everything to stay in Paris. She left Qwill and her kittens who she adored. I hope another book comes out. I do look forward to them. It would be nice to have a series done like Murder She Wrote. I would definaitly watch it.

Lilian. I was so pleased to see a response from you recently I also had heard rumors that you were no longer with us. I am an adoring fan and just got 60 whiskers, I have read them all and loved every one. I only discovered you two years ago so I have been busily searching for earlier books. I have a wonderful book store that has helped me. Thanks again for your devotion to writing. I only hope that I can be so sharp when I am 95.

Lilian, I have read every one of your books--at least once. As soon as they are available, I buy them in hardback & shelve them, once read, so I can reread them at will. I am so looking forward to The Cat Who Smelled Smoke. Mystery is my fav. genre, and you are definitely my fav. author--no matter that I am a "dog person"!
