While on his way to the men's room, Chili manages to be in the perfect position to see a man wearing a very bad wig shoot Tommy to death.

Sensing that this may be the makings of his next feature film, Chili steps in and offers to take over the day-to-day operation of the business from Tommy's widow.

While working in his new post as a record promoter, Chili meets Linda Moon, a talented singer doing Spice Girl songs in seedy clubs. Appointing himself Linda's new manager, Chili decides to help her group hit the big time, solve Tommy's murder, and make the whole thing into a blockbuster film.

There are only a few, minor problems with this scenario:
-Raji, Linda's former manager, and Eliot, his bisexual Samoan bodyguard, who aren't about to let go of talent like Linda,
-A gang of Russian goons trying to shake down anybody with a pulse, and...
-Rope-a-Dope, a violent band of gangsta rappers represented by Tommy's company, who feel that they are owed a substantial sum of money by somebody, and aren't ashamed to ask for it.
