Best part of story, including ending: The story was really good but started kind of slow because the author was very descriptive from the details of her past to the house she lives in. After the 7th chapter or so, the action is intense and the love scenes are crazy with full description. The book also has realistic conversation and the characters thought process was given making it easy to understand it all.

Best scene in story: I think my favorite scene is when Rylie takes care of her after she is beaten and bruised because it shows how much a person can love another. He was very sensitive toward how she felt about the attack on her. Rylie takes control of the situation by calling Bre and then calling the doctor.

Opinion about the main character: I liked how bold Maya was in going after Denny when most people would just play it safe. She was very strong because people would fall apart if put in a bad situation. The character is brave for standing up to Denny and fighting back
