One hundred and fifty thousand years ago the Annunukai came from the stars and colonized our solar system. They found primitive, yet intelligient, life on Earth and used them as mining slaves. This story is a floating chronicle stretching from the time of the first landfall of the aliens to the modern day ramifications of their influence.

Their society was arranged in a caste system: Judges, Warriors, Technologists, and Workers. None would choose Worker status because of the arduous and backbreaking nature of the most necessary work available, mining. So the Warrior class took on this task temporarily until they could find another way. They decided to deliver new workers by enslaving a race of semi-sentient beings found on the blue second planet, Earth. Many felt that this was unacceptable because these new beings were not Annunukai, and could not possibly enjoy the rights of citizenship, yet they performed honorable work and they should not be enslaved, nor excluded from citizenship. Also, this left the traditionally equal castes fundamentally unequal in stature and rights. This caused them to war among themselves... history is full of legends of the wars of the aliens.
