Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go back in time to that one perfect love ? The female character in Alice Hoffman's book " Here on Earth" is a very childish, selfish character. She throws everything out the window, a good marriage and a troubled teen aged daughter, to rekindle a long lost love that should have stayed lost. She almost loses everything in her obsession over a very troubled lover.
