Jack Welch is not everyone's favorite person. He is tough, single-minded and driven to succeed. In fact, he is the first to admit that to do what he had to do to make General Electric a leader among the world's corporations he has had to step on a few toes to get there.   Love him or hate him, he is a true original, an amazing business success story, and a unique individual.
