Janus Man Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Janus Man

This is one of the earlier novels in a series featuring Tweed and his team of spies with the SIS. Tweed thinks he has a traitor among his spy chiefs and goes to Germany where one of his top agents has been betrayed and murdered. As usual the enemy is looking for a way to kill Tweed. This time they entice him to the home of philanthropist Dr. Berlin. Tweed is not so naïve however, and has made himself a target to draw out the traitor. Tweed then discovers a Russian plot to bring enough heroin into the country to make England vulnerable to defeat. As usual Forbes gives his readers a fast-paced thriller which is enjoyable if you don't read too many at once as he tends to recycle his thrills and spills.
