|Plot Summary of Majoring in Murder|
Jessica Fletcher is a famous mystery writer from Cabot Cove, Maine. She is at a Midwest college campus where she is to teach a creative writing course when she experiences a severe tornado. Professor Newmark is killed, but Jessica can't understand why. He is the one who warned her to take proper shelter, but why didn't he follow his own advice? While investigating further into his death, Jessica uncovers some secrets deep underneath the campus itself. She proves that the professor's death was not caused by an act of nature, but an act of murder.
