Maxie is a down and out former model who has been the victim of malicious gossip. Enter, Angelos, a man who has desired Maxie from the first time he saw her, but held back because he was under the mistaken belief that she was the mistress of a man old enough to be her father.

After Maxie's "sugar -daddy" dumps her, Angelos begins to shamelessly pursue Maxie until she finally gives him an ultimatum, he can have her for sex in return for a marriage certificate.
Maxie's godmother had just past away and in her will she states that she will leave a million dollars to each of her three god-daughters on condition that they marry and stay married for at least six months.

Maxie decides to use Angelos the way she thinks he is using her and dump him as soon as the six months is up. Angelos decides to stay married to Maxie as long as it takes to sate the fierce hunger he feels whenever she's in his vicinity. Neither of them counts on falling in love and finding it extremely difficult to stick to the vows they made to themselves.
