Detailed Plot Synopsis of Miracles

With a hateful and scheming mother nipping at her heels to marry, Julianna Skeffington knows she only has one hope for herself to lead a life the way she wants: to become, completely, utterly, absolutely RUINED. Wandering in a garden late one night, she chances to meet a masked man and begs for her ruination, seducing him with her innocence and charm. He returns by seducing her with his experience, and they both are lost in one another's desire. Little does she know that this masked man is the one she's been determined to avoid- Nicholas Du Ville. This book is a short story in the Anthology "A Holiday of Love" by authors Jill Barnett, Annette Lamb, Jude Deveraux, and Judith McNaught.
