Nappily Faithful Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Nappily Faithful

In Nappily Faithful, we meet up with Venus again. She has now been married to a great guy named Jake (JP) for a while. They had some marriage troubles early on and to fix things, they move down south and get a big house. Both of them have played around with infidelity in the past, but they want things to work out. They start to find their romantic groove again until her child's father (Airic) decides that he wants to up the ante with a custody battle. Of course, Jake has been like a father to her and he does not go out without a fight. (Plus he and Venus recently lost a baby). Trouble has followed Venus across the country...will she be able to save her family?

Best part of story, including ending: I like that Airic (the father of Venus' daughter) decides to step up an be a man

Best scene in story: My favorite scene is when Venus is talking about how badly she wished that her daughter's father was her husband (JP) instead of Airic. The scene is powerful because she is very vulnerable and I feel like I am in her shoes.

Opinion about the main character: I dislike the fact that sometimes she seemed so hopeless. Overall, I like her, though.
