Nuworld: Tara's Revenge Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Nuworld: Tara's Revenge

Tara, of the Blood Circle Clan, learns heart-breaking news about the man she loves, Lord Darius, Leader of the Gothman. He has fathered a bastard child with her half sister. She has very little time to worry about this because the Runners and Gothman are forced into a war with another race of people who once lived on Nuworld. Now this race of people want Nuworld back.

Tara and Darius have to fight the Lunians before they can even decide what to do about this bastard child. The Lunians are capturing young women from the Gothman and Runners so they can be used for breeding stock. Lunians cannot reproduce. A bloody war ensues while Tara and Darius are trying to free the captive young women and girls who have become reproductive slaves for the Lunians.

A fast paced futuristic romance.

Best part of story, including ending: I like fast paced adventure stories. This story never slows down.

Best scene in story: The most heart wrenching was when Tara's father dies and she becomes leader of the all the Runner clans. However, her grief is so great at the loss of her father that I was sobbing while reading this part.

Opinion about the main character: Darius is not a "modern man" He has to struggle to understand that Runner women have to be equals. Darius' culture does not treat women as equals. He struggles with this but works through it slowly.
