Skyscraper Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Skyscraper

It's Christmas time and one would think that Tomalis Wolfe has it all. He's the founder and CEO of Wolfe Industries, Inc., the only African-American automotive company in the world. Unfortunately, he is saddled with Zetta, his nymphomaniac wife who has no qualms about having sex with Chico, a 19-year-old mail boy that works for the company. Not only does Zetta have frequent encounters with Chico, she also has had numerous "rendezvous" in the past.

Tomalis also has a cutthroat administrative assistant named Bradford who is also involved in underhanded business dealings and thinks of nothing of betraying his boss.

Executive secretary Diana must contend with her burgeoning feelings for Edmund, a parking lot attendant, as well as raising twin boys alone after the boys' father Stephen abandoned her. Lower level secretary Anastasia has her sights on the boss and will do anything to make herself the next "Mrs. Wolfe".

Wolfe's best friend Barron is terminally ill and it's up to Tomalis to make his friend's last days pleasurable.
All the characters come together for a memorable Christmas party, replete with eye-opening and humorous revelations.
