The first book in Sandra Brown's Texas Trilogy starts off as Lucky Tyler, the middle child of the Tyler family, rescues a woman from unwanted attentions in a bar on a weekend night. After she disappears without a trace, Lucky's determined to find her, because he can't get out of his head or his heart. Only when he finds her, will he be prepared to deal with the consequences of falling in love with someone who's keeping secrets from you?
