Target of a monumental frame-up, lawyer Joel Converse flees for his life across Europe after stumbling on a massive military conspiracy. The perpetrators, a group of generals under the AQUITAINE banner are setting out to cause worldwide anarchy and then set up their own right-wing new world order. Joel Converse, with the help of assorted trustworthy friends in the right places, must stop the power of AQUITAINE.
