The story begins with the Greeks reuniting with Percy at Camp Jupiter. Although the Greeks were trying to create peace with the Romans, the Romans started a fight. Percy soon reunited the two groups and discussed with them the fate of the Gods.

   There were 5 group of quests that set out to accomplish their objectives. They soon all would meet up at the Doors of Death to after completing their tasks. There were many quest that had to come up with different plans because all of the GIANT monsters they had to go through to get to the Doors of Death. At the Doors of Death they would have to try to close them to keep monsters from forming. Percy and Annabeth completed their task, but fell in to a pit and got stuck, and nobody was coming to the rescue.
