Maggie, the mentor of all the Daughters of the Moon for centuries, is fading. Before she chooses her successor, though, she reflects on her life in ancient Greece, when she was known as Penelope and loved a soldier named Hector. Through a priestess her family does not approve of, Penelope discovered Atrox, the darkest power on earth, who planned to blot out all the good. As her sister heads toward the dark side, Penelope vowed to keep Atrox from taking over the world.
