Venus is back with another set of insecurities. This time, she is married to her true love, JP. He plays father to her daughter from a previous relationship and they have a beautiful home. Venus owns a small, successful flowershop and they seem happy. Unfortunately, she ends up working with her ex's ex: Trevelle. Although Venus still doesn't care for Trevelle, she does let the petty stuff go for the sake of a professional demeanor.

Of course, Venus has even more problems when she realizes that the woman her husband has been working with on his new movie is actually a former lover. And Venus suspects they have something more going on. Venus is a lot more bold in this book. Venus decides that she has to go above and beyond her wifely duties...which gets her into more drama than she bargained for!
Best part of story, including ending:
I liked the way Venus stepped up. Her character was weak at times in other books, but this time she was bold!
Best scene in story:
My favorite scene is when Venus is trying to pump herself up to confront the situation with her husband.
Opinion about the main character:
I like that she is stronger this time around.
