Vanished Glory: A Family in America is a family saga, inspired by a true story, which takes place from colonial times to the World Wars. Young Tom Dougan immigrates from County Donegal,Ireland, as an indentured servant, to escape crushing poverty and the English oppression. He starts a family in Pennsylvania. As each generation pioneers across America, to settle the heartland, the Dougans are called on to fight for their freedom and survival, throughout America's most turbulent and explosive times.
