When Jeff Comes Home is the story of Jeff, who was 13 years old when he was kidnapped from a rest stop by a sexual predator named Ray, and 16 years old when Ray returned him to his family 2 and 1/2 years later. Jeff is emotionally devastated, and struggles to reconnect with his family and his old life. But it isn't easy to escape the memories of what his kidnapper did to him, memories that he refuses to speak or even think of.
