Angel is an artist on Vancouver Island who, with her close friend Derry, is trying to sell their fancy house. An accident leaving Derry with a broken leg, she must ttake Hawk to all the interesting places she can to get him to buy.

There is attraction, but Hawk is a misogynist after a bad experience left him jaded, and believes the worst of Angel...who lost her fiance and family the night before her wedding.
Its a very emotional read, but poignant and heart-wrenching. Lowell shines!
