Jack's father walks out on the family the same night he and his father were to celebrate his two years at Chevy Oack High School. Jack leaves Chevy Oak to go to a school in London to catch up on the work he had missed out on for his government exams. He meets Dan who he becomes best friends with but Dan and his family move back to England. Jack fails the exams and then he goes back to Chevy Oak where he gets into mischief again but decides to clean up his act and go back to school.
