Wavonna/Wavy: Wavonna, usually called Wavy, is a young girl with terrible parents. She cuddles up to a drug dealer named Killen and seduces him into becoming a pedophile and boning her.
Killen: Killen is the pedophile who has a "romance" with the 13 year old Wavy and bangs her.
Val: Val is Wavy's drug addict mother.
Liam: Liam is Val's husband and Wavy's father, sort of. Sometimes he's called her father and sometimes it's implied he's not. He's very violent, and beats everyone up. He runs a drug gang.
Sean: Sean is Liam's brother. He shoots Liam in the head. What are brothers for?

Sandy & Dee: Sandy & Dee work in Liam's drug gang and give him blow jobs.
Aunt Brenda: Aunt Brenda is Wavy's aunt. She's portrayed as a real bitch because she tries to keep Killen from boning Wavy. She's portrayed as bad because she doesn't like pedophiles.
