Mr. Umbrio is released from prison, where he has lived since destroying, in a most horrifying way, the innocence of Catherine. His assignment is to kill the son of a powerful person, and to make Jimmy Gagnon's death appear to be the work of one of the family members of this victim. Despite Mr. Umbrio's affinity for knives, a Swat Team sniper, Bobby Dodge, is his weapon of choice! With this opening scene, a trail of violence begins, because Jimmy is ...

Not likely you will figure it all out before actually reading the end. It unravels little by little. The book was good, but not my favorite in writing styles. It is a great mystery though and I recommend reading. No questions left unanswered and it does have a good ending....
