Playing by the Baby Rules
Marisa, a Michigan lingerie store owner, is becoming desperate to get pregnant. She will soon need a hysterectomy, so it's now or never. She can't afford a sperm bank, so decides to ask her best friend, musician Jake, to be the father. Together, they decide on rules to follow while they try to get pregnant, in order to preserve their friendship.
As their relationship grows, rules keep getting broken. Both Marisa and Jake begin to think of a future...
