Here we go again. In this sequel (#5 in the Nappily series), Venus is now married to JP. She owns a little flower shop and at first it seems like her life has finally settled down. Venus' daughter from a previous relationship has even embraced her stepfather, JP.
Her ex (Airic) is up to no good once again. He went off and married some holier-than-thou chick in a hurry, but now he is being accused of domestic violence. JP and Airic already had beef fro... Would I Lie To You?
This is an example of when good books go wrong. "Would I Lie To You" is the second installment of the "Nappily" series. The story starts off with Venus being in yet another relationship with a man who refuses to commit (this is tall, skinny Airic who we met at the end of the first book). He says he wants to marry Venus, but he won't give her a date. Airic "saved" her from her last relationship, but the thrill is now gone. Just as Venus starts longing for...
