In Darkness Peering, I thought the dry cleaner killed Digger Tedesco and the retarded girl. Because of the string found at the retarded girls body. But if the dry cleaner did it, why did Billy have Mellisa's bracelet??? And why was the red string found at the retarded girls crime scene???

In Darkness Peering, don't understand why Billy had the turtle in his jewelry box? Did I miss something?
