Joe posts on 3/31/2005 3:22:36 AM This type of wimpy, "Oh, look at me, aren't I sensitive, I've gone through so much!" balderdash is just sickning. So you raised a kid to a teenager. Wow. Such a waste of paper, and money. Without asking, I can guess that the only time a man was involved in the childs life was at conception. She's way too selfish and self-involved to allow an actual member of the opposite sex into her or her "properties" life. These books are actually pay for with money from people? Amazing.
Jane Merrill posts on 3/26/2005 10:33:38 AM If you are an Anne Lamott fan I urge you to read her stunning story in THE HARDER THEY FALL: Celebrities Tell Their Real-Life Stories of Addiction and Recovery (Hazelden Publishing) by Gary Stromberg.

mark dresser posts on 3/24/2005 1:11:48 PM My first time here...has there ever been a posting of a touring schedule? I am looking forward to seeing Ann tonight at Emory, but would love some of my friends in other cities to have the same opportunity. I have send Ann books to at least 10 friends.
Larry Talbott posts on 3/21/2005 11:52:44 PM Anne God bless you! You are like a voice crying out in the wilderness! I thought I was the only one who felt the way I feel! I think we need to pray for our fellow christians that the holy spirit open there eyes to the ignorance and hatred that they have let in to there hearts! I am finding it hard to not let that happen to me!Remember when being a christian was about forgiveness, redemption, healing and love? Thanks for the inspiration. Larry
Karlita posts on 3/20/2005 5:23:36 PM Dear Anne - Looking forward to your visit to Atlanta - where are you speaking besides the Emory presentation? Is there any way to access your schedule? Thanks in advance, Karlita
Steve M. posts on 3/16/2005 7:14:26 PM Any chance Anne will be coming back to Boston to promote Plan B?
Lisa Frankel posts on 3/12/2005 10:39:09 AM Dear Ann, Is there some way to find out your speaking schedule. I have missed your visits to L.A. because I find out about them too late (and I work Tues nights) As a Jew-Bu secularist - anti-organized religion but with some kind of spirituality only understood by myself, I have cherished Traveling Mercies and I am savoring Plan B . They are great sources of comfort to me (and my patients). I would love to hear you speak (I heard you on Free Speech 1150 am yesterday).. Lisa
