Oh, Milinda (I'm responding because anytime there's a new message here I get an e-mail)...originally, I came here to dispute the wrongs of child abuse. I've been doing this for a year, and I've blindly been disputing the truth of the book instead. Now that I can see that, I'm not interested in posting because gossiping about Christina Crawford doesn't appeal to me. I used to do that on amazon.com, and I got sick of it because of that obsessed Joan fan that keeps putting up frightening pictures of Joan where passages of Christina's books should be. I would go so far as to replace the pictures since I do have a scanner here, but I'm not interested in reading 'Survivor' and none of the three libraries in this town has it to borrow. So I accept that I can't stop him (he'd just delete them anyway), and have moved on from Amazon.com. Now I'm finally ready to move forward from here because I realize that it's just fighting the same battle that I can't win because people are too close-minded to respect opposing opinions. Now I just have to figure out how to stop the notification e-mails.

you refer to this place as an asylum and to us as lunatics. But ask yourself this what were you "non-lunatics" doing in an asylum in the first place. Lunatics are bond to take over asylums it's what they do, there's no stopping it.

I used to enjoy this forum. NOT anymore. You people need to get your own chat-room. This forum was about abuse and people standing against it. Now it sounds like the abusers have taken it over. I am done.
