posts on 8/31/2006 7:34:11 PM Jenn, you are not alone. I got rather "teary-eyed" (to put it mildly) at the end of The Last Battle too. However, it was still probably my favorite book because it tied in so well with the original story. And you got to see alot of the past characters.
posts on 8/30/2006 1:46:23 PM Oh:( Well...maybe when I grow up I can make a movie!Lol
posts on 8/30/2006 10:17:38 AM I think there's only gonna be one movie because The Lion The witch And The Wardrobe is the most known and got the most publicity as a book.

posts on 8/29/2006 2:34:58 PM Lol yeah. Are they only making one movie? Theres more than one book...
posts on 8/29/2006 2:02:07 PM The book for sure! I pictured the witch beautiful in the book, but in the movie she is really ugly.
posts on 8/29/2006 1:49:28 PM Do you like the movie better than the book? (the lion the witch the wordrobe)
posts on 8/28/2006 11:02:26 PM My favorite Narnia character would definitely have to be Caspian. I don't know why, but I just really like him. I couldn't help but tear up when he died at the end of The Silver Chair, and at the top of the mountain when everyone is mourning him. However, I full-out bawled while reading the end of The Last Battle. Did anyone else get emotional? Maybe it was just the fact that I was reading it at 4 in the morning...
posts on 8/28/2006 2:37:30 PM Wow I never heard of one book you just mentioned. However now i'm going to look them up.
posts on 8/27/2006 8:06:55 PM I started reading Surprised by Joy but it's rather dry. It does describe some rather idyllic scenes of his boyhood a century ago that are like something out of some sort of nursery rhyme, and that's fairly interesting, but isn't what I'm reading the book for. I'm going through The Business of Heaven, too.
posts on 8/27/2006 6:23:49 PM Yeah my favourite character is Lucy too. Shes the best character in the whole book.
