Deborah Savage Message Board

posts on 7/25/2006 3:01:00 AM People should understand that Marion Savage was a real man. He was Deborah Savage's great-grandfather. And the spectacular International Stock Food Farm really did exist, and - most important of all - Dan Patch was a real horse, and he really was the most famous horse in the world. There probably wasn't a man woman or child in America that didn't know of the great Dan Patch. The most important year of Dan Patch's life was 1906, exactly 100 years ago, when he set a world record that no one had ever thought possible. I have explored the site of the Dan Patch farm, where almost no sign remains of what was once the most magnificent horse training facility in the world.
posts on 5/17/2006 5:31:33 PM I think the book writen by Deborah Savage "To Race A Dream" would make a GREAT movie.
Maria Jackson posts on 9/26/2005 5:00:36 AM She should write the story of "Canada Waite"
