sandra conlin posts on 9/9/2005 11:23:33 AM Hi, I am new to this board. I have loved reading all Barbara Erksine novels and have been told to try Diana Gabaldon as she is a great author and writes on similar themes. I live in Scotland and there seem to be so many books to each series. Can anyone tell me the order of the books, starting with Cross Stitch, available here in Scotland.(same as Outlander I think) Much appreciated. Good weekend to all
debra merrington posts on 8/26/2005 6:24:40 PM I enjoyed these books so much that I visited Culloden in Scotland after reading them! I was not familar with this particular period of our history until I read these books. Culloden is a haunting and evocotive place. I would not have been had it not been for these books. My youngest daughter is also named after one of your books! Long may you continue to write the outlander and John Grey books. From a fan in England.

zandi posts on 8/23/2005 9:49:48 PM i could give a rats ass about self-promoting. love the books and lov to be able to rant on about them if i choose. besides i would make a great bree!! so dont git your panties in yer throat missy. Z
Rebecca posts on 8/19/2005 11:16:13 PM Is everyone aware that Mrs. Gabaldon doesn't run this site, doesn't read these messages, and doesn't respond to them? It's really pointless to thank her here. Or self-promote.
kristian windsor posts on 8/19/2005 3:17:07 AM i love ur books they are wonderful and i stay up for like 9 hours just reading and dragonfly in amber made me cry... but i would like to know weather lord john and the private matter is a part of the outlander series and oulandish companion too. well these books are addictive and i have shamefully fallen in love with jamie just like claire these books put me in another time and place and is full of adventure
Anonymous posts on 8/14/2005 4:14:43 PM Is only a chapter, intended for the last book in the series, the one after "A Breath of Snow and Ashes". These books are addicting. Ruins you for most other authors! BK
zandi posts on 8/9/2005 12:00:42 AM i was saying that i lov i lov these books, i have them all in hard cover and have read them all at least 3 times ( which my husband did not apprieciate at all) but i love the characters, i love the trouble, intrique and romance that is the unlining of it all and cannot wait to see what will beomce of every one, jamie, claire, bree, roger, ian,i want to know what happened to jamies nefew, in his time with the indians, and what brought him back, also if jamie will ever get to by some small chance go throught the stones himself, what a hoot that would be. now for all that i think i deserve a t shirt or a book signing for sure, by the way if a movie comes out , i think i would make a great bree, i have great red hair. thanks D
