If you really want to celebrate Dirty Dancing's 20th anniversary in style make like Baby Houseman and take a trip to the real life Kellerman's at Mountain Lake Hotel in Virginia, USA. The resort - where everything from the dance classes to the cabin scenes were filmed (head to North Carolina for the famous lake lift) - is hosting a series of Dirty Dancing weekends. This is your chance to shake your maracas like poor old dance instructor Penny and learn the salsa, tango and meringue. Unfortunately Patrick Swayze will not be in attendance. Officially, the song done by the staff and some guests toward the end of the film is called, according to the soundtrack, "Kellerman's Anthem."
It was originally included on the album: "More Dirty Dancing." It can probably now be found on the special edition soundtrack.

Just which "Dirty Dancing" 2-hr. Documentary are you referring to?
There are various 'Featurettes' featured in both 'Special Edition' DVD releases of the film. However, there's a very rare'TV Special'='E': True Hollywood Story: Dirty Dancing'which is thought-out(searched for) by fans -but to my knowledge, is not for sale to the media, only certain people own copies of this.

Around February 16, 2005 there was a 2 hour special "The Making Of Dirty Dancing" from its inception to interviews of the main actors today. I would like to own this. It is a classic within itself, explaining who, how, and why decisions were made. It is worth tracking down and sharing with FANS OF DIRTY DANCING!
