Cecilia posts on 12/28/2007 12:32:20 PM I have to thankyou for this book. As a person who suffers from mental illness myself this made me realize ALOT! I read the whole thing in 3 hours. There is all truth there, and it made me see the "truth" in myself and how much i need to make a drastic change and what it's going to take to do it. I can't ever thank you enough. Your book as literally changed my life for the better.
Nicole posts on 12/12/2007 5:17:49 PM I loved this book!! but the twist at the end definitely threw me for a loop.. she writes it really well to lead you on, i had no idea that that would happen at the end.. and i was just like what just happened? Alot of people do make up whole different personalities in order to deal with stuff they can't face alone, and in this case Carrie does it to deal with all the stuff thats happening to her..
posts on 9/19/2006 7:29:03 PM I loved this book. It went very fast and I couldn't wait to hear how it ended. I can so relate (except for the suicidal stuff) to Isabel and also to Ben with "Wellbutrin saved my life." Many, many, of us women have similar thoughts and feelings which Flock expresses so well in italics. Sometimes, I thought she was in my head. If you have ever had or know anyone who has suffered from depression, mild or severe, you should read this book.

posts on 9/5/2006 2:05:35 PM Very touching and yet sad, enjoyed the story. Couldn't put it down. Wanting more from the author. What a wonderful story teller, Elizabeth made you feel like you knew these two little girls personaly. Thank you for your talent. Waiting for more.
posts on 8/8/2006 7:20:54 PM How can Carrie have had a person next to her or a person she is looking for when she does not exsist? Who beats up the kids at school? Who's blood does Carrie wipe up? This makes no sense!!
posts on 8/3/2006 10:56:41 PM This book is awesome. I couldn't put it down. Would recommend it for avid readers or for those who are not big readers. This one will hook you...

Me& Emma was a great story abou a little girl and dealing with the hardships of life. While I also read But inside I'm Screaming. This is a novel about a young woman who deals with things in life that drive her to insanity. Will she recover?
Veronica posts on 1/14/2005 5:19:02 PM I never read. Period! Books don't interest me. This one I bought at a book store for some down time during vacation. I started and finished it in one sitting! I couldn't put it down. It was four in the morning before I got cover to cover! Definitely recommended author!!!
