Amber posts on 1/3/2009 9:12:10 AM Burned was so sad I wanted to throw it across the room, but instead opened it and read it again. Crank and Glass were really good too. Impulse was amazing. Altough if you write a sequel it might ruin it for me. Everything is so altered that a sequel might be hard to pull off. Oddly death ended that story for me.Enough to leave me thinking about the story though. Identical was so good. It left me so breathless. All my friends are used to borrowing your latest book soon after my purchase, but that one was hard to let go of. You are my biggest inspiration. I am currently writing my first story in verse.
Brooke Rutstein posts on 12/30/2008 4:21:32 PM I love your books! I've read all of them and my favorites would have to be Impulse and Identical. I still can't wait for the third book in Kristina's story! Are you going to make a sequal to Identical? I know it wouldn't have the same twists, which I thought were genius, but I would like to know what happens after the book ends. Can't wait for Tricks!
Rachel posts on 12/30/2008 1:28:30 PM Is there going to be a sequel to Identical? Because it was amazing, and the ending of it just left me feeling like there has to be more to that story.

Chelsey posts on 12/28/2008 6:31:23 PM One of my friends suggested reading the book "Crank" by Ellen Hopkins, and at first I wasn't going to but i was browsing through books at the mall and found it in paperback and had enough to buy it so I did. And I read it. And I became obsessed. I related to Kristina very well, it was as if someone wrote a book of my own life. I adored it. It's my favorite fictional novel of yours. I had to read Go Ask Alice afterwards because of the hype, but I personally believed it doesn't compare to Crank. It felt fake, and as though the authors intent was to scare children from drugs. After Crank I bought the other 4 books of yours. The ending to Identicle was very unexpected. And I love how it was written when the book changed from one twin to the other. I love Burned how it is and cannot picture a sequal, same as Impulse. It would be very interesting to read about how Kristina's children grow up, with a mother on meth. I am very anxious to read Tricks.
natalie posts on 12/27/2008 4:47:38 PM i too was incredibly surprised by the ending in identical. i had NO idea! the idea of a sequal to burned is a little scary. i think it's perfect as is. i look forward to your new books!
Brandon posts on 12/22/2008 9:35:08 PM Do u have a story idea for the 5 books u r contracted to write? A BURNED sequel? An IMPULSE sequel? New stories to make is even more addicted to your books? LOL
Ellen posts on 12/17/2008 10:23:50 AM No worries. I'm always writing something, and I've got contracts for five more books. I'll try to write faster!
Lauren posts on 12/16/2008 8:53:19 PM You are such an inspiration to me. Please write more! your stories are so easy for me to relate to and i really feel a connection to your characters. Love them!
Kay posts on 12/15/2008 8:33:09 PM Wow. I just finished reading Identical, and it is definitely one of my favorite books (well, pretty much all of your books are my favorites). The ending was amazing. I was actually sitting in my calculus class reading it, and I made a noise I was so surprised and everyone turned and starred at me. Lol, oh well. It was worth it. I can't wait for your other books to come out. You are by far my favorite author. You're an inspiration to teenage girls all over the world.
