I fist bought one of your books for my 11 years old son, who is taking after me in his love for reading, two years ago. I started reading his book and ended up buying all your books. Both of us enjoy your stories, so interesting and amusing, and have fun talking about your witches, lost islands and brave children. Patty posts on 2/6/2006 3:27:41 PM I am a school librarian who has read all of your books. I just finished reading the latest book, Star of Kazan, and I really loved it! I'm still thinking about the characters in the book, and it's been several weeks since I read it. I highly recommend this book to all Eva Ibbotson fans.

I really enjoyed the book and i think lots of other people did too. It would be great to find out how Maia and Finn's life turns out when they get back to the Amazon. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope that you think about the idea of making a part two to Journey to the River Sea!

I plan on reading "Journey to River Sea" next and after that what ever book comes next. Your books are so creative and funny I just can't put them down.
