Frances Kuffel posts on 5/30/2005 8:48:48 PM so much for your supportive words, everyone. I don't make a daily, or weekly, habit of Googling myself but it's one of those horrid nights before the work week, Memorial Day, & I'm gooofing off instead of going to bed which is what I really need. Tiredness, I have found, is one of the great enemies of my food plan. I have not until recently thought about reconstructive surgery. Boy from Connecticut is doing a book abt offshore medical tourism, however, & it seems more possible lately. Mostly this is just to say thanks for reading & thinking about my book, good luck to everyone, & to all a good night.
Dawn posts on 1/30/2005 4:11:57 PM Frances, Thank you for writing this touching memoir of your journey through recovery. Thank you for sharing your issues with the gym (i have many), sugar free stuff, superior and subordinate issues, and just trying to find yourself. As I was walking today (for the first time in a long time) and after reading your your book-I again was reminded that we are never fully cured, that we are always learning about ourselves, and reliance on a higher power is key. HP spoke to me thru your book , and that is what I have been asking - to see his will for me. The questions at the end of the book reminded me of some that I had answered with my sponsor, and I am blessedly reminded that i am not alone. Your book was my gift to myself. Thank you again.
