Rey posts on 12/22/2006 4:05:13 PM I have enjoyed reading many of Iris Johansen's novels, steming from the Eve Duncan collection. Any of the novels from Face of Deception and onward would make for excellent movies. All I know, is I wouldn't want the job of casting director as the characters are all strong and to have to pick an actor/actress would be a tough job.
Roslind Jacobs posts on 12/4/2006 2:36:35 PM Iris Johansen is a sensational writer. I like how her characters intertwine with each other. I wish she would write more about Jane+Trevour, Kemal+Marisa, and Melis. It would be nice to see how Logan+Sarah and her other characters who came together, have turned out, instead of just hearing about Eve and Joe.

Angie posts on 10/24/2006 8:38:04 PM I would love to see another book featuring Logan and Sara. Logan is definitely my favorite of all Iris Johansen's characters.
Laura posts on 10/16/2006 11:47:30 AM John Logan settled down with Sara Patrick from "The Search" I personally feel that Sara is his better half & no one will ever fit the bill.
Aaramid posts on 10/16/2006 12:59:38 AM I became an intant fan of Iris Johansen's only a little over a year ago. I defenitely prefer her later books to the earlier ones. Although the wind dancer series was a good call for her because leading to a sequel is always good busines. The majority of her books should be put to script. I would love to see her work on the big screen. Iris Johansen is not afraid to touch emotions as well as to add dangerous, and sexual condintations. I would like to see her writing more about things that touch our souls on a daily basis, (of course without saying, adding her twists). But her discriptive nature could reach us on so many level if we could better relate (or fear to) with her characters and story lines. I know that I would never meet a Logan or Andreas, but I would love to meet Elena, Eve or Sarah. I can relate to them o much better because they are not bigger than life. I hope to read many many more...

posts on 8/29/2006 3:23:25 PM I began reading Ms. Johansen's work around 4 years ago. The Search was my first sample of her work and I loved it. Unfortunately it was accidently given away. On a trip to Barnes and Noble around a month ago I bought and read it again. Since then I purchased and read around 11 more of her books and claim each one in succesion as my favorite. Her books are enticing and alluring. Even to this hard to please 22 year old.
posts on 8/26/2006 11:18:57 AM I love the character of Eve Duncan in some of Iris Johansen's books. Although mysteries are not my favorite type of books (I prefer horror), I read the face of Deception when I did not have access to my favorite kind of reading. Well, after reading it, I was hooked. I hope there are many more books featuring Eve Duncan in the future. Great job, Iris. Keep up the good work.
posts on 6/27/2006 4:58:57 PM Countdown seems to be a sequel to another book.Which one was before it?.I think I may have missed it!
