AJC posts on 12/10/2009 1:02:21 AM Hello Jane, Well, I did not get any response from my first & last post, so I guess everyone is out shopping or talking to their Agent or finding an Agent... I really feel this is all about one's KARMIC ROAD TO THEIR DESTINY & it was all on your PATH to be having the success your are so deserving of! Thank you for "STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE & GOING WITH YOUR FEELINGS - TO GET TO WHERE YOU ARE NOW..." And...I am so GLAD YOU DID AND STILL ARE ENJOYING YOURSELF & YOUR NEW MALE FRIENDS! Thank you for being you, bold, courageous and SMART - you actually DID IT!!! And now, you are still on your way UP!!!
AJC posts on 11/21/2009 5:48:53 PM Jane, I am writing you because I have very importan, inside information on a very current notorious personality who I have been writing a book about my 5 yers with him for some time and now, he has made the "big time" notoriously on google for certain reasons, including being sentenced to jail for vandalizm/plus 1 year probation. So much has been left out of the GOOGLE posts - which is in my book. My question to you is; should I try & sell/negotiate my information to "The Globe" & keep the rights to my book - myself, do I need an agent (I think you published your book yourself in the beginning, I recall) or just what do I do? I don't want to jeopardize the publication of my book about this man, as he is quite an unusual sociopath & would be of immense interest to everyone. Please advise.
Angela Mason posts on 11/4/2009 3:26:14 PM Jane, You are hilarious ! Do you do speaking engagements in Berkeley ? I have been trying all morning to find your agent !! ha !No luck !

Kathy posts on 10/26/2009 11:45:32 PM Just finished your book. More than anything..a round-heeled woman, a woman of a certain age looking for love...you are a writer. My compliments.
Sadia Hersant posts on 9/29/2009 7:16:20 AM Well, Jane, what a well rounded and heeled woman you now are! Have read your book with interest, being only 61 years old with a Husband 18 years older, who knows what I might do in the future! I must say that it was lovely reading a book that was grammatically correct! My grammer is not perfect and would probably make any English Teacher, past or present, grimmace! However, why can't Publishers and their Agents create books at this level? The number of times I read, "If it was....!" People seem to have let standards fall and forgotten the Conditional Tense, for one. Keep up the books, along with everything else!
Paula posts on 9/22/2009 12:31:35 AM Hi Jane!! I got your 1ST book today and looking forward to reading it. You were at the top three of my top three high school teachers. Don't know if you will recall me from your hundreds of students, but I will never forget you!! Paula YVHS Class of "65"
Elaine Juska Keeley posts on 8/11/2009 10:56:11 PM I am very intrigued by the fact that we share the same last name (that is, my birth name is JUSKA) - am curious if you have relatives in the Cleveland Ohio area? It is a shot in the dark but I came upon you quite by accident this evening...
Di posts on 8/11/2009 6:10:13 AM Dear Jane I loved your books, of course, having been in similar situations myself. But I want to say thank you for alerting me to Trollope. I've started reading him and wonder how I could have missed him all these years. Who needs a man when you have books as good as these? :-)
Joe Hearst posts on 7/26/2009 8:14:03 PM Hi, Jane I see you made the New York Times Week in Review today - in case you missed it is it in the article about Frank McCourt I lost your email address when my hard drive crashed so I'm trying to get the message to you this way. Joe
Gerri Clare posts on 7/23/2009 9:09:29 PM Hi Jane, Thank you so much for your read...I had a ball with it! I related so well, being a teacher for over 30 years, just turning 60 and divorced since 1995 and WANTING SEX. I agree with you totally about having the conversation is like icing on the cake. I went on line to find someone and like you I have been through every one from 30 to 80. But I would never trade the experience and knowledge that I received. I never felt immoral because I was bringing a need to these men as they were to me. Please write another book!!! Lovingly, Gerri
