Jean Sasson posts on 10/30/2006 10:05:23 AM Hi Anna -- Sorry I was not clear -- the book is WRITTEN, but not published anywhere and will not be until next March or April, so no one will get it until then. And, it is titled LOVE IN A TORN LAND. Talk with you later. Jean
Anna posts on 10/29/2006 9:47:17 PM Jean Sasson's book is titled "Love in a torn land", in case anybody wants to know. It sounds very interesting.

Sugar posts on 10/29/2006 8:22:26 PM Cara- thanks I will keep that in mind. Same here my mom keeps everything I write. It is great to see how your writing inproves. I laugh every time I read some thing from when I was in third grade all the misstakes I made and there was a couple times when I couldnt tell what I was saying or trying to tell.
Cara posts on 10/29/2006 12:32:48 PM Hi Sugar - that's awesome that you want to be a writer! You should write a little something every day, and keep it for the rest of your life. Sometimes I look at the stuff I wrote when I was little (my mom kept EVERYTHING) and it's so funny to see the way I thought and wrote when I was in the 3rd grade, the 7th grade, and 12th grades, compared to the way I write now! As for Jean Sasson's new book, I didn't know there was a new one coming out and I will look forward to buying and reading it.
Anna posts on 10/29/2006 11:41:22 AM Hi Jean, glad to hear your new book is finished and printed, but sad to know it won't be available in the US until March or so of 2007. I was in the UK in September and looked for it, but it was not available yet. Any way I can get hold of it before next year? I just can't wait to read it and have it for my next book club discussion. It sounds too interesting. So, are you on vacation now or already planning for the next book? Best luck to you. Anna
Sugar posts on 10/20/2006 9:54:07 AM Jean- thanks anyway. I hope I didnt take up to much of your time. I just start one of your books I think there great. I am only on the first couple of chapters but it seems to be a pretty good book.
Jean Sasson posts on 10/20/2006 9:50:18 AM Sugar, I do not know Erin Hunter and have no clue how to accomplish what it is you want to do. If anyone else knows, please respond to Sugar and give her some advice. As far as being a writer, I wish you every good thing. I believe that avid readers make writers as well as determination and persistence as much as talent. Talk to you later, Jean
Sugar posts on 10/19/2006 3:25:22 PM Jean- Hi I am in the 6th grade and one day hope to be a writer. But it will be some time before that happenes. I came here to ask you if you know Erin hunter? Rana Hourani posts on 10/19/2006 2:10:16 PM sorry! correction about my earlier post. i meant to say it's atmosphere and overall ambiance is similar of close to south of france and italy (cote dazure) . it was much more similar in the 60's .. but because of the war it changed a bit but we are working on it to get it back where it belongs, to civilization, freedom (where till now with all the wore, lebanon still holds the torch of freedom of speech in the whole arab world)
