Carol posts on 3/9/2006 3:00:01 PM I love Joannes' books, being from the midwest I can relate to the cold weather. What is the name of the new book just now coming out?
Kelly posts on 3/3/2006 11:57:08 AM Hi Leslie, welcome to this forum. I have never tried the egg thing. I do know that Joanne is releasing a new book out on March 7th I believe. I am excited and can't wait. Nice to have you here.
Leslie Archer posts on 3/3/2006 11:09:55 AM Hi-I'm a new reader of Joanne Fluke and I love the books. In the first book, Hannah says she cracks an egg and adds this to her coffee filter along with the ground coffee. Has anyone tried this? Is it good?

Kelly posts on 7/17/2005 5:56:52 PM Email me at reece@lakemac.net and I can email you the recipe I think, as soon as I can find it. Kelly
Sarah posts on 7/16/2005 2:30:58 PM I cannot find my Chocolate chip cookie Murder book so I cannot find the recipe for the Twin Chocolate Chip Delight cookies could somebody email the recipe to me?
Sue posts on 7/9/2005 4:51:34 AM I am new to the Hannah Swensen Mysteries but am interested in the recipes. Almost all to them use Baking soda rather than Baking Powder, are they all wrong? Is there a website where all the recipes are listed correctly? There seem to be an inordinate amount of errors in the recipes.
Kelly posts on 6/24/2005 8:58:05 AM Ruth I am so glad it turned out good. When it cools down some here I plan on trying some more recipes out.
Ruth Ann Looker posts on 6/23/2005 8:43:37 PM Dear Joanne, I made your 'Minnesta Peach Cobbler" for dinner guests last night. It was absolutely delicious! It was easy to make and serve, and since it uses frozen peaches, I can make it any time of the year. I so enjoy your Hannah Swenson mysteries, and I have had great results with the recipes that I have tried. I am a huge fan and hope that you will be writing about Hannah and he rLake Eden friends for years to come. Ruth Ann Looker
Kelly posts on 6/12/2005 11:19:15 AM Thanks Pam for posting these corrections, I am going to find my books and fix the recipes.
Pam posts on 6/12/2005 10:20:53 AM This information is directly from Joanne herself. Oops, Hannah goofed. There's a typo in the Fudge Cupcake recipe. It says, "1 1/2 tsp baking soda." It should be, "1 !/2 teaspoons baking powder." Hannah is embarrassed and so is Joanne. Another oops and yet another! The gremlins got their hands on "Sugar Cookie Murder." In the recipe for Not So Swedish Meatballs, it should call for: One restaurant-sized can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (50 ounces.) And in The Hawaiian Pot Roast, a 20oz can of pineapple pieces is called for. How they messed those up, I'll never know.
