John Bellairs Message Board

posts on 5/14/2006 7:06:47 PM Ha! I just started reading them because they were appropriate enought for my book reports. So Elheret, ummm...let's starts a good conversation. Oh wait, I've been meaning to ask you this. How did you come up with your name. Or did I already ask you that on another board?

posts on 5/10/2006 6:15:46 PM Thank you for reading my message! Finally, I'm not alone on this board! I've only read two of his books, but I haven't read the third one yet. They're a trilogy. The books I read are about this boy who just became an orphan and went to live with his rich uncle. He then discovers that his uncle and his uncles neighbor(and best friend) are wizards. And they have little adventures and all that. Well, not adventures. They have to defeat evil in their mansion and all that stuff. They're good books. they are interesting, but the problem is they are about 180-200 pages long. They are short. I love long books. But overall, they are great!
