Katie Senske posts on 3/3/2009 11:23:13 AM I doubt that this message will ever reach Mr. Grogan, but I just finished the book, "Marley and Me" and I am crying like a baby. What an incredible book, and like everyone else who has read it, I feel like saying, 'let me tell you about my boxers'.!!This book was wonderful and I cannot wait for "The Longest Trip Home". By the way, our first Boxer, B.J., also was asked to leave obedience school. That's okay, though, because she was smarter than the rest of those dogs anyway. Thank you for this great book. Pat posts on 12/22/2008 11:22:47 PM Just read "Marley & Me" & absolutely loved it!!! We have had 3 yellow labs in our 43 yrs. of marriage, but only 1 of them was hyper, but nothing like Marley. The other 2 were like the 2nd dog you got--calm & well-mannered. We just loved the 2 calm ones & grieved over their deaths for a long time. Neither of us had the time to work with the hyper one, so we do not know how it might have turned out with her. This book really touched me, as I could feel your pain when Marley died.
