Karen Marie Moning Message Board

Annette posts on 10/18/2006 11:03:49 PM Good for you Pearls. They actually drew my name first but as that I am so gracious and kind I said no,put it back, let someone else have that joy. No spoilers but you will have to give us a heads up on how you liked it. Enjoy!
April K. posts on 10/18/2006 10:14:56 PM Pearls, congratulations on winning! I entered but it obviously wasn't my time. I'll have to go back to the library and do some more research for her next contest. Becky, the book will be released on Oct 31st.
Pearls posts on 10/18/2006 9:59:05 PM I just found out that I won a copy of Karen's new book, Dark Fever! She'll be signing it for me and it will get mailed out on Friday. I'm not sure if it'a a hard cover or not, but if it is it means that I'll be reading it a lot sooner than if I had to wait for a paperback. Karen had 2 contests on her site this month and when I didn't win the first one I figured I'd probably not win the second, but for once I've won something I really want.

Becky posts on 10/15/2006 9:04:26 PM When will Darkfever be in the book stores? Your Highlander series was magnificent and am looking forward to reading the Fever series.
posts on 10/11/2006 8:14:12 AM Hey everyone, I think we're all a little addicted!:) Karen has a way of drawing us in. Be sure to check out her "actual page", many of us post and Karen "often" responds. Happy Reading!!
posts on 10/11/2006 3:10:29 AM I also can't wait for darkfever, I'm reading all the other books again at the moment. I'm a bit addict I geuss :-).
posts on 10/8/2006 9:46:43 PM I just wanted to say that beyond Karen being my favorite author, her books have been an inspiration to me as a romance writer. Her writing motivates me to push myself, and write beyond what I thought I ever could. So I thank Karen for not only an awesome read, but for boosting me up on those not so great days a writer can fall into.
posts on 10/6/2006 1:41:33 PM Karen I almost cringe to think of you reading our posts about your writing. You probably think we're a bunch of sex-crazed losers. I hope you understand how fun and different your writing is and how much I have enjoyed them.I'm really looking forward to DarkFever.
posts on 10/5/2006 8:17:53 PM Oh Karen. Wow! Thank you for posting. I am so looking forward to this book and series. I love your writing and I know it will be wonderful. I've been on the website and have read the excerpt. It's got me VERY excited. Just don't wait too long for the next!
posts on 10/4/2006 2:28:28 PM wanted to stop by and invite you all to visit my(partially) updated website with a new message board. You'll find an excerpt from Darkfever that will give you a bit more of a feel for what it's like, and I promise you that in my FEVER series, you'll find several red-hot Alpha heros. Just not all the in the first book. The complexity of this story demanded more pages (a lot more) but you're going to meet a new MacKeltar, a whole host of fascinating FAE (including the Death-by-Sex Fae), see Aoibheal's story unfold and get a few glimpses of Dageus, Drustan and Cian before the series is through. No it's not a traditional romance novel, but it IS traditional me, just over the course of five books. We'll have two contests at my website this month and multiple web updates coming, including a dictionary and glossary, a photo tour of Mac's Dublin, and a few other goodies. Please stop by! Karen (Oh, and good catch, I didn't know anyone was paying that much attention. Yes, there is an actual house that Adam got naked in at 735 Monroe street. I often slip the name Elizabeth into my stories, in one form or another. She's my little sis and at the time I was writing TIH, she was living at that address and I was living in the sister city, Covington. She loved living in "Gabby's house" and hearing what Adam was up to in her home next.:)
